MY SURPRISE ENCOUNTER WITH THE JOKER! (aka Mark Hamill meets cast of Glendale Centre Theatre's production of "1776")

Well, apparent-LEE, our Ben Franklin in the show went to high school with Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill. And so guess who came to see the show?  He met with the cast afterwards and asked "who's the guy that does the William Daniels impression?"  It seems Hamill had read my bio in the program, read that I had played John Adams in a high school production of "1776" and in a strange turn of reversal roles, HE was asking me questions and asked me to do the Mr. Feeny voice for him  His reaction was priceless.  Words can't do it justice and I'd have to act it out.  Those of you that may be asking, out of good conscience and being discreet, I refrained from asking him to do the Joker voice.  He enjoyed the show and said it was much better than the movie.  Apprarently Hamill had worked with William Daniels on a project.  Here's a bit of nerd trivia: William Daniels played John Adams in "1776" (both movie & stage).  In the sitcom "Boy Meets World", Daniels plays Mr. Feeny, the principal of "John Adams High School" in Philadelphia.  My only regret, I wish I had asked the stage manager to do the opening announcements as Knight Rider.
